I enjoyed working for him as he was at all times approachable and has high levels of integrity. I had this opportunity to work under Mr Meckelburg in the year 2015 when he was a COO of MHRIL and I was a Executive Trainee. I still remember that first meeting with Mr. Helmut at the Coorg, Virajpet Resort, India when he gave a very motivational speech and taught us attributes and success mantra of leadership.I was privileged to be a part of his team and at times wish my stint had been longer with him.
